Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nova Bot (the "Service"), including the Discord bot, the website, and the dashboard at novadiscordbot.com. By adding the bot to a server or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may only configure a server you own or have permission (Manage Server) to administer.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, violate Discord's rules, abuse or harass others, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it without permission. We may suspend or remove the bot from any server that misuses the Service.

3. Premium subscriptions & billing

  • Premium is offered on a per-server basis and billed through PayPal (monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your dashboard; Premium remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Free trials, where offered, unlock Premium features for a limited time at no charge and do not require a payment method. Each server is eligible for one trial.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

4. Availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality over time.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Bot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Discord's rules. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
